Business Development Manager (m/w/d) / 32h
Your role
As Business Development Manager, you will be actively responsible for growing and expanding our customer base in a B2B context, as well as establishing long-term partnerships in the institutional and public sectors, with a focus on forward-looking digital products for cultural institutions, tourism regions, industrial companies, and media companies.
Your tasks

Identifying and developing new customers and establishing long-term B2B business relationships
- Controlling and managing tender processes, particularly in the public sector and with major international customers
- Creating, calculating, and fine-tuning concepts and offers in collaboration with internal teams
- Supporting, developing, and providing strategic advice to key accounts
- Maintaining and expanding a network of decision-makers
- Market observation, trend analysis, and derivation of strategic business impulses
- Participation in specialist conferences, meetings, and trade fairs in the cultural sector (museums, smart cities, wellbeing, etc.)

What you bring to the table
Qualifications
- Completed university education (university or technical college), ideally in economics, management, marketing, digital business, or similar, or a degree in humanities, cultural management, or comparable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position – preferably in an agency, at public institutions with an educational mandate, or on the corporate side in a B2B environment, or several years of professional experience in cultural institutions, foundations, public institutions, or culture-related projects

The minimum gross salary is EUR 3,843 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week) in accordance with collective bargaining agreements. Higher pay is possible depending on qualifications, relevant professional experience, and individual suitability.
