Accessible content
To make the permanent exhibition “Sunken History” accessible to as many people as possible, tours are available with simple language, audio descriptions and videos in sign language. The content was developed in collaboration with young people with hearing or visual impairments. As well as providing background information on the exhibits, these contributions also describe the spatial effects, atmosphere and design to create an exhibition experience that goes beyond mere information.

Tradition conveyed in a modern way
The traditional “Landshut Wedding” can be discovered in a contemporary way with the app: visitors can design digital selfie postcards or encounter a famous Polish bride as a talking painting.

Users can also encounter historical figures as video avatars and can marvel at long-lost buildings that have been resurrected in detailed 3D reconstructions. 360° panoramas and interactive quiz content round off the digital visitor experience.
