Contemporary environmental education
The history and future of the forest are the focus of the new Wald:Welten exhibition at the Silvanum Forestry Museum.
On behalf of the Styrian Eisenwurzen Nature and Geopark, we provided the concept and implementation for five interactive touchscreen stations. We also developed an AR app with additional interactive stations for smartphones and rental devices.

Erfahren Sie Spannendes über die Region Steirische Eisenwurzen, den Klimawandel oder erleben Sie, wie der Borkenkäfer unsere Wälder herausfordert. Die interaktiven AR-Erlebnisse und Touchscreeninhalte erweitern die Ausstellung um eindrucksvolle, digitale Elemente, die Wissen didaktisch vertiefen und zum Mitmachen einladen.
Highlights: Besucher*innen können selbst virtuell einen Baum fällen und dabei die Holzwirtschaft aus einer subjektiven Perspektive erfahren. An anderer Stelle erklärt Borkenkäfer “Ipsi” im unterhaltsamen TikTok-Style Zusammenhänge im Ökosystem Wald.
