Museum Community Event Munich: Digital Engagement, AI & Networking for Museums
Together with our partner zetcom, fluxguide is launching a new series of exclusive regional museum networking events across the DACH region, focused on digital transformation in museums, AI applications and innovative visitor engagement. These events bring together museum professionals to explore practical approaches to digital strategy, online collections and new forms of museum communication.
A New Community Series for Museums
The museum sector is evolving rapidly. Artificial intelligence, digital engagement, and changing visitor expectations are reshaping how museums connect with audiences. This is exactly where our new community event series begins. With the new Community Meetings by fluxguide and zetcom, we are creating a space for personal exchange, practical insights, and open discussions about the digital future of museums.
In addition to updates on the latest product developments from fluxguide and zetcom, these events are designed to foster discussion, answer questions, and encourage knowledge sharing. At the center of our conversations are the questions museums are facing today: How can AI be meaningfully implemented in museums? Which digital engagement strategies help museums remain relevant in the long term? And what does a future-ready strategy for digital collections look like?
Knowledge Exchange & Practical Insights
A key focus of our community meetings is sharing best practices from the museum community. Customers are invited to contribute their own topics for short presentation slots—such as integrations, workflows, project experiences, or other practical approaches that have proven successful in daily museum operations.
We are especially pleased that the Archaeological State Collection in Munich will present two successful formats specifically designed to engage younger audiences. Both projects were developed in close collaboration with fluxguide and demonstrate how digital engagement can effectively reach new target groups and create lasting connections with visitors.
