Avatar-based Storytelling Tips
Best practice tips from our team:
- It is important to know who you want to address with the avatar. Therefore, the question “Who is my target group?” should be central in the conception.
- An avatar is a character with its own personality and language. In order to be fully immersed in the visitor experience, it is important to develop a consistent, authentic language for an avatar.
- Keep it simple: The engaging character of the conversation is created by small content chunks (consider length of words and sentences) and thus supports a lively communication. At the same time, a clear communication goal is needed to keep the visitors’ attention.
